CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens—we get it! Just a friendly reminder to review policy to help avoid any issues. Lateness: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you’re running late, please notify me before your appointment time. Messages sent at or after your scheduled start time are considered too late. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit can roll over once. Same-day cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit. No-Shows: No call, no show appointments will result in a loss of future booking privileges. Guests & Children: Due to limited space, please do not bring guests or children. Exceptions can be made with 24 hours' notice. Soak-Offs: Soak-offs are only available for sets done by NBJ. Removal of work done elsewhere is an additional $20. Designs: Nail art is not included in the base price. Please send an inspiration photo ahead of time for a design estimate.
